Super yummy IceCream and in a big space with seating in and outside. I got a cup of "spouse like a house" (malted vanilla with chocolate-covered, peanut butter-filled pretzel pieces). So good and a huge scoop! I usually can finish IceCream as it's too rich & sweet for me but I would have eaten another scoop. It was the perfect mix of sweet/savory/salty.

Absolutely the BEST ice cream we have ever had. Holy cow, amazingly creamy, totally homemade, and huge helpings. Even the waffle cones are home made. I can't imagine eating ice cream anywhere else in Florida now. BTW. The owner served us!

Friendly service, clean dining area. Outside seating available. I recommend the caramel crunch hurricane. The medium is big enough to share. Not my favorite ice cream store, but definitely worth trying while in the area.

Huge portions, great prices. Fantastic flavors! $3-4 for a huge cone of ice cream. Worth a visit! Hidden in a strip mall on the West side of 41, just south of the 'pirate ship'. Yum!

Not sure why I keep driving to Royal Scoop. Royal Scoop is great, but this place is significantly closer to me, portion size is significantly larger and the ice cream is delicious! Although Yelp pin on location was dropped across the street, so we had difficulty finding, it was worth the search. It is located in plaza next to that big old black ship that use to be a restaurant on Tamiami Trail (next to Golf Guys). Come to find out that Handel's is named after the founding female from Youngtown Ohio. There are other locations in that area of the world. Sterile decor is a bit to be desired, along with limited "frozen yogurt" options and its set up, but Handel's is great at it ice cream. Their brochure has dozens of flavors, which I think they rotate, for their were only about 35 options up on the actual board inside the store (but 35 options....surely something for every palette is on the board!). I had a maple walnut with m&m's hurricane....awesome and even the small size was large. My dad had lemon ice on a cone and he was over the moon. I would absolutely go back....quite possibly again today! :-)

Just like the one we miss in Medina Ohio. Whenever I get ice cream at Handels it always seems to be too large of a serving yet I am always able to finish it :) less selection than in Medina but still good!

I ordered the ice cream sandwich with mint chip. The attendant pulled my treat out of a freezer in the back, which I guess needs to be done with ice cream sams, but still made me sad. It tasted like freezer on the outer layer of the treat, and the chocolate sandwich cakes were bland. The ice cream was ok in the non freezer tasting parts. Both of out items were over 4 dollars, not bad for price. My husband got a scoop of coconut cream cake, and it was dreamy!!! They have homemade waffle comes that look white. Idk why. My friend ordered a hurricane, which they take a generous amount of ice cream and mix some flavors like a thick milk shake. It was 4.5 I think. I did not try it, but I was a little jealous. Despite my poor choice, this place is a great little spot for families, affordable, friendly, and lots of fun options.

Always make a special trip to this wonderful ice cream shop when I am visiting this coast. Today I was very disappointed as the young scoop man was playing Rush Limbaugh on the radio. Public establishments are supposed to be non-partisan. The chatter provided by Mr. Limbaugh was extremely upsetting and unpleasant. I shall not ever go to Handel's in any location as I am quite disturbed by this.

Handles is by far my favorite ice cream place EVER!!!! My children beg me to go there. We have gone to a few other places in the area out of continence, but this place holds the first place title with our family. The owners Lee and Crystal and the sweetest people. I highly recommend the ice cream. It is FRESH and delicious. My children love the cotton candy. I was forced into trying it as sometimes their eyes are bigger than their tummies.... Now it's one of my favorites!! I'm a sucker for the chocolate peanut butter brownie. Enjoy!!!

Omg. Best ice cream ever. Ice cream is my favorite indulgence over all other sweet treats out there. This is by far the BEST ice cream I have ever had. Texture is so smooth and creamy and flavors are strong and distinct (in a good way). Several are very unique and well executed. I savored and enjoyed every bite. I hope the big mall doesn't deter business. Marble slab and Haagen Daas have nothing on this place.

We drove all the way from Marco island to try this ice cream. Very disappointed. I've never been to an ice cream shoppe where I could not see the ice cream. The ice cream sandwich has a cookie that was broken and mushy. The chocolate ice cream was bland.

By far the best ice cream in Swfl! Huge variety of unbelievable favors, enormous portions and crazy inexpensive! I won't be going back to Royal Scoop anytime soon! Service was quick and offered sampling of the different favors!

Very disappointing. Vanilla soft serve lacked flavor and had an icy texture - not smooth and cream as it should be. Cherry vanilla ice cream was lack luster. Flavorless overly processed vanilla base with maraschino cherries mixed in. It tasted very cheap and left a very bad after-taste.

Finally! The best ice cream in the Naples/Bonita area. I drive an hour to get here because it really is that good. Generous portions, good pricing. Ice cream always tastes very fresh. Love the Elvis- banana ice cream with swirls of peanut butter. Key lime pie is delicious, too. Haven't tried the yogurt. Shop is very clean. Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. Kind of hard to see from 41. It's next to the old ship restaurant. Make a u-turn there if you're on 41 north.

We first went to Handel's in Indianapolis- and loved the ice cream. So the moment we saw the Handel's sign in Bonita Springs, we knew we must stop! We especially love the Praline Pecan, the Oreo, and the Chocolate Caramel Malt flavors! The workers inside this Handel's were cheerful and friendly. A perfect stop!

Quite possibly the best ice cream! They always have fresh and unique favors and you get a good value for the money. The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is rich and creamy. This has definitely become our go to spot!

Best ice cream on the planet. Every flavor imaginable, from cotton candy to coconut cream pie. And each tastes exactly like the real thing! I have no idea how they do it. On top of all of that the owners are extremely friendly. Definately worth the trip from Naples.

Very confusing way of doing frozen soft serve yogurt .I didn't end up getting the waffle cone I wanted because the girl behind the counter said it had to be put in a bowl and weighed first Why not fill a cone and Dump it into a bowl weigh it and come up with a price for the filled cone instead of making it so complicated

Excellent ice cream! Get the four scoop sampler it's the best way to try a lot of flavors for a good price. Chocolate malt caramel, coconut cream pie, spouse is a house and peanut butter chocolate are excellent choices!
